Hi! I’m Erin

I created the kind of support I wish I had years ago.

For over 20 years of having autoimmune disease, I treated my body like something that needed to be fixed.

I tried the diets, protocols, supplements, routines, biohacks, and rabbit holes - constantly searching for the thing that would finally make me feel “normal” again.

What actually changed things wasn’t perfection.

It was learning how to support myself more holistically:
physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, and through nervous system work that helped me feel safer and more connected in my body again. Actually understanding how my entire system works and finding habits that best support my unique body and how I want to feel.

Now, I help other women navigate chronic illness in a way that feels more supportive, sustainable, and human.

Because healing shouldn’t feel like another full-time job. And your life shouldn’t have to stay on hold while you wait to finally feel better.
