We create energetic cords through every emotional connection we experience - with people, beliefs, patterns, or even past versions of ourselves. Sometimes, even when the relationship or situation has ended, the energetic ties remain. Draining our energy and holding us back in ways we might not even realize.

This ceremony is for the woman who is ready to let go - not out of resentment, but from a grounded place of love, clarity, and empowerment. It’s about choosing to take your power back so you can feel free and make space for better to come through!

You’ll come into this session knowing what you’re ready to release (shared ahead of time via a brief intake form), and we’ll work together to consciously cut that energetic cord, clearing space for what’s next and aligned.

What’s Included

• Grounding & Intention Setting: we’ll begin with a gentle check-in and revisit your intention for the release.

• Guided Cord Cutting Meditation + Reiki: I’ll guide you through a ceremonial meditation while offering intuitive Reiki support to help the energetic release.

• Integration & Reflection: We’ll close with time to process, reflect, and fully ground back into your body.

This is a one-time session you can return to as needed - a reset for the moments you’re ready to release, heal, and move forward lighter. Whether you’re letting go of a relationship, limiting belief, a version of yourself, or anything that doesn’t serve you anymore. This space is to hold you through it.

*Some things might not be completely cleared in one session and that’s okay. There can often be layers to deeper connections, so if you feel this applies we can always revisit in another session or two.
